- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions with daily reconciliation
- Prepare financial statements and balance sheets for client review
- Conduct bank reconciliations and variance analysis

- Maintain digital financial records in QuickBooks and Excel
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly reviews
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 2+ years of hands-on accounting experience

- Strong knowledge of GAAP and California tax regulations
