Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Provide personalized financial guidance and product recommendations
- Balance cash drawers and maintain strict compliance protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining positive relationships
- Support branch operations through cross-training in additional services
- Contribute to sales goals by identifying opportunities for referrals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
