Responsibilities
- Process daily payroll transactions with 100% accuracy and timeliness
- Prepare and reconcile monthly financial statements for portfolio clients
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles using QuickBooks Online
- Conduct bank reconciliations and variance analysis
- Support tax preparation documentation for quarterly filings
- Maintain digital financial records with audit-ready compliance
- Collaborate with senior accountants on special financial projects
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 2+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and payroll software
- Strong GAAP knowledge and regulatory compliance awareness
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail with error-spotting accuracy
- Professional certification (CPA/CMA) considered a plus
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license for client visits
