Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate general ledger accounts and daily financial records.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions efficiently.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies.
- Assist with tax preparation and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve reporting processes and internal controls.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in general accounting or bookkeeping.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and other accounting software.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
