Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
- Manage accounts payable/receivable with meticulous attention to detail
- Reconcile bank statements and financial records daily
- Generate comprehensive financial reports for client review
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Communicate financial insights clearly to non-financial stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 2+ years of professional accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and TN tax regulations
- Proven ability to meet daily deadlines in high-volume environments
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Valid Tennessee CPA license preferred
