Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze daily financial transactions with real-time reconciliation
- Generate month-end financial statements within 48-hour turnaround
- Manage multi-currency accounts for international client portfolios
- Implement automated expense tracking systems using QuickBooks Online
- Conduct forensic accounting audits for high-net-worth clients
- Develop cash flow forecasting models with 95%+ accuracy
- Coordinate with tax specialists for quarterly compliance filings
Qualifications
- CPA or CMA certification required (active license)
- Minimum 3 years public accounting experience in Big 4 or mid-tier firm
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Xero, and SAP S/4HANA
- Demonstrated experience with daily pay processing systems
- Advanced Excel modeling with Power Query and VBA capabilities
- Knowledge of CA state tax codes and GAAP/IFRS standards
- Ability to manage 15+ concurrent client accounts simultaneously
