Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate monthly management accounts and financial statements
- Manage VAT returns and HMRC compliance documentation
- Process weekly/monthly payroll and pension contributions
- Conduct bank reconciliations and cash flow forecasting
- Assist with audit preparation and regulatory filings
- Develop and maintain financial models for business planning
- Provide strategic financial advice to client stakeholders
Qualifications
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years post-qualification accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in Xero, QuickBooks, and Excel
- Proven track record of managing multi-currency transactions
- Strong understanding of UK GAAP and tax regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
