Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the full cycle of general ledger accounting, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP standards.
- Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end close processes.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings and audit schedules.
- Collaborate with department heads to improve financial processes and reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA or CMA preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
