Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and timely.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including P&L and Balance Sheets.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax filings and local compliance reports.
- Process payroll efficiently, ensuring all deductions and tax withholdings are correct.
- Conduct internal audits and financial reviews to identify areas for process improvement.
- Collaborate with management to provide insights on budget variances and financial trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional accounting experience in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage accounting software.
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent professional designation preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for occasional site visits).
