Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements, ensuring GAAP compliance.
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and general ledger accounts on a monthly basis.
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure all tax filings are current and accurate.
- Perform variance analysis and assist in the budget preparation process.
- Conduct internal audits to improve financial controls and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with management to provide insights and recommendations for financial growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required.
- 2-5 years of progressive accounting experience in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
