Key Responsibilities
As our Accountant, you will play a critical role in maintaining the financial health of our organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily bookkeeping operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, budgets, and variance analyses.
- Assist with the preparation of year-end tax documents and financial audits.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in compliance with GAAP standards.
- Process payroll calculations and ensure timely disbursement to employees.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve internal processes and reporting.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of professional accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations, tax laws, and GAAP.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
