Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial transactions including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Process payroll accurately and ensure daily disbursements are completed on time.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements on a weekly basis.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, including profit and loss statements.
- Assist with tax preparation and ensure full compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial records and documentation.
- Collaborate with the finance team to optimize cash flow management.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in general accounting or bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software.
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- El Paso residency is highly preferred.
- Must be available for occasional overtime during month-end close.
