Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions with high precision and speed.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for management review.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis.
- Maintain and organize financial documentation and filing systems.
- Collaborate with the finance team to optimize cash flow and internal controls.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent experience (preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or NetSuite).
- Strong understanding of federal and state tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in general accounting.
