Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports.
- Prepare and file sales and use tax returns.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with GAAP.
- Support the month-end close process and audit preparation.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 2+ years of experience in general accounting or bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage).
- Strong knowledge of Excel and MS Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills.
