Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial transactions and reconcile accounts
- Prepare and analyze financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet)
- Process payroll and expense reports with daily payment processing
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
- Assist in month-end closing procedures
- Develop financial models for forecasting and budgeting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
