Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and market data to assess borrower creditworthiness
- Prepare detailed credit memos and risk assessments for lending committees
- Monitor existing credit portfolios and identify potential risks or opportunities
- Collaborate with sales teams to structure credit solutions aligned with client needs
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal credit policies
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and partners

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of credit analysis or commercial lending experience
- Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling software
- Knowledge of credit scoring models and risk assessment methodologies
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication skills for presenting complex financial information
- Professional certification (CFA, CRCM) preferred but not required
