- Process and verify 100+ vendor invoices weekly with 99% accuracy
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve payment discrepancies
- Reconcile AP sub-ledgers and GL accounts monthly
- Implement process improvements for invoice automation
- Coordinate with auditors during quarterly compliance reviews
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Assist with month-end closing activities
Qualifications
- 5+ years of accounts payable experience in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in SAP and QuickBooks
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or AP certification preferred
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and SOX compliance
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Experience managing high-volume payment cycles
