Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3+ years of commercial credit analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and Excel
- Strong understanding of cash flow analysis and ratio interpretation
- Familiarity with SBA lending guidelines preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional certification (CFA, CRCM) highly valued
