Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and market data to assess applicant creditworthiness
- Prepare detailed credit evaluations and risk assessment reports for senior management
- Monitor existing loan portfolios for compliance and early identification of potential risks
- Collaborate with loan officers to structure credit terms aligned with bank policies
- Stay updated on industry regulations and credit trends to ensure compliance
- Present credit recommendations to credit committees with clear rationale
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of commercial credit analysis experience
- Proficiency in financial modeling software (e.g., Moody's Analytics, Bloomberg)
- Credit certification (CRCM, CCE) or equivalent preferred
- Advanced Excel skills with VBA knowledge
