Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed credit memos summarizing risk factors and lending recommendations
- Monitor existing portfolios for compliance with covenants and early warning indicators
- Collaborate with relationship managers to structure optimal financing solutions
- Utilize financial modeling software (e.g., Moody's Analytics) for scenario analysis
- Participate in ongoing training programs to develop advanced credit evaluation skills
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives for credit review workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Strong analytical aptitude with attention to detail (financial aptitude test required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial functions)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interpret complex financial documents and regulations
