Responsibilities
- Analyze commercial credit applications and financial statements for risk assessment
- Prepare detailed credit reports with recommendations for loan approvals
- Monitor existing portfolios for compliance and early risk identification
- Collaborate with senior analysts to develop underwriting strategies
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting credit decisions
- Present findings to credit committee meetings
- Support relationship managers in client interactions and portfolio growth
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling software
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to learn complex financial concepts quickly
- Basic understanding of accounting principles (training provided)
- Valid driver's license (client site visits required)
- Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
