Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with precision and efficiency
- Provide exceptional service to all customers, resolving inquiries and building relationships
- Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate transaction records
- Identify and refer cross-selling opportunities for bank products/services
- Adhere to all banking regulations, security protocols, and compliance standards
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve daily and monthly goals
- Continuously expand product knowledge through ongoing training modules
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
- Basic math aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Proficient in basic computer applications and technology
- Valid Hawaii driver's license and reliable transportation
