Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of credit analysis or commercial lending experience
- Proficiency in credit scoring models and risk assessment frameworks
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with credit software (e.g., Moody's, Fiserv)
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with flexible scheduling
- Professional certification (CRCM, CMB) a plus
