- Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and market trends to assess borrower risk
- Prepare comprehensive credit evaluations and recommendation reports
- Monitor existing credit portfolios for compliance and risk mitigation
- Collaborate with relationship managers on complex credit structures
- Stay current on regulatory changes affecting credit practices
- Develop and maintain risk assessment models
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3+ years of commercial credit analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools
- Strong understanding of GAAP and lending regulations
- Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Professional certification (CRCM, CMB) preferred
