Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, cash flows, and credit data to assess borrower risk profiles
- Prepare comprehensive credit reports and recommendations for loan approval committees
- Monitor existing portfolios for early risk identification and mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with commercial lending teams to structure optimal credit solutions
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Develop quantitative models for credit scoring and risk assessment
- Present findings to senior leadership through clear, data-driven presentations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required
- 3+ years of commercial credit analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling software
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and credit underwriting principles
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Credit certification (CRCM, CMB) preferred
