Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3+ years of credit analysis experience in commercial lending
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and Excel
- Strong knowledge of credit scoring models and risk assessment frameworks
- Certification (CRCM, CMB) or willingness to pursue
