Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor compliance programs aligned with federal/state regulations (SEC, FINRA, etc.)
- Conduct risk assessments and internal audits for financial products/services
- Investigate regulatory violations and recommend corrective actions
- Train staff on compliance policies and regulatory updates
- Prepare comprehensive compliance reports for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with legal counsel on regulatory changes
- Manage compliance documentation and audit trails
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years compliance experience in financial services
- Relevant certifications (CRCM, CAMS, CCEP) strongly preferred
- Deep knowledge of federal/state financial regulations
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with compliance software (e.g., ComplianceEase, Wolters Kluwer)
- Strong written/verbal communication abilities
