Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor compliance programs aligned with federal/state regulations
- Conduct internal audits and risk assessments across operational departments
- Prepare detailed compliance reports for executive leadership and regulatory bodies
- Train staff on regulatory changes and best practices
- Investigate and resolve compliance violations with corrective action plans
- Stay current on evolving healthcare/financial industry regulations
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory agencies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of compliance/regulatory experience in healthcare or finance
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA, HITECH, and FINRA regulations
- Proficient in compliance software and data analysis tools
- Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills
- Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) certification preferred
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines with attention to detail
