Responsibilities
- Monitor regulatory changes and implement compliance procedures for financial products
- Conduct internal audits and risk assessments across departments
- Develop training materials for staff on regulatory requirements
- Manage compliance documentation and reporting for state/federal agencies
- Collaborate with legal and audit teams on corrective action plans
- Lead investigations of potential compliance violations
- Stay updated on FINRA, SEC, and Colorado state regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in compliance/regulatory affairs within financial services
- Strong knowledge of federal/state banking regulations
- Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently with flexible hours
- Experience with compliance software (e.g., ComplySci, MetricStream)
