Responsibilities
- Monitor regulatory changes and implement compliance policies for financial products
- Conduct internal audits and risk assessments across all departments
- Develop training programs for staff on AML/KYC regulations
- Prepare detailed compliance reports for senior leadership and regulators
- Investigate potential violations and recommend corrective actions
- Liaise with legal counsel and regulatory bodies
- Maintain electronic and physical compliance documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of compliance experience in financial services
- Strong knowledge of federal/state banking regulations (Regulation E, BSA, etc.)
- Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) designation
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in compliance software (e.g., ComplyAdvantage, LexisNexis)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with flexible hours
