Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor compliance programs aligned with federal/state regulations (Dodd-Frank, SOX, AML)
- Conduct risk assessments and internal audits using provided specialized software and hardware
- Train staff on compliance protocols using our digital learning platforms and VR simulation tools
- Investigate potential violations and prepare detailed reports using forensic analysis tools
- Collaborate with legal teams on regulatory changes and policy updates
- Maintain compliance documentation using our centralized document management system
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Law, or related field
- 3+ years of compliance/regulatory experience in finance or energy sector
- Certification (CRCM, CAMS, or CCEP) preferred
- Proficiency with compliance software (e.g., MetricStream, RSA Archer)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written/verbal communication abilities
- Ability to utilize provided equipment (laptops, monitoring tools, VR headsets)
