Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for operational improvements
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with clear visualizations and executive summaries
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes through variance analysis and predictive modeling
- Collaborate with department heads to develop financial models and support strategic initiatives
- Maintain and optimize financial databases and reporting systems for accuracy and efficiency
- Assist in audits and compliance reviews ensuring adherence to GAAP and internal controls
- Present financial findings to stakeholders with actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or accounting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial functions) and Power BI
- Strong knowledge of GAAP principles and financial reporting standards
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex data for non-financial audiences
