Responsibilities
- Monitor regulatory changes and implement compliance protocols for energy sector operations
- Conduct internal audits using provided equipment to assess adherence to federal/state regulations
- Develop and maintain comprehensive compliance documentation systems
- Train staff on compliance procedures using provided digital resources
- Investigate and resolve compliance violations with corrective action plans
- Collaborate with legal team on regulatory updates and policy adjustments
- Prepare detailed compliance reports for executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years compliance experience in energy or regulated industry
- Proficiency with compliance software and auditing tools (equipment provided)
- Deep knowledge of federal/state regulations (FERC, PHMSA, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) certification preferred
