- Monitor and interpret regulatory changes (FinCEN, CFPB, CA DBO) to implement updated compliance protocols
- Conduct internal audits and risk assessments across 15+ branch locations
- Develop and deliver compliance training programs for 200+ employees
- Investigate and resolve compliance breaches with detailed documentation
- Collaborate with legal counsel on regulatory reporting requirements
- Maintain audit trails and compliance documentation systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field required
- 3+ years of compliance experience in financial services
- CFMP or CAMS certification preferred
- Proficiency with RegTech platforms (e.g., ComplyAdvantage, Onfido)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
