Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain compliance programs aligned with federal regulations (FINRA, SEC, OCC)
- Conduct risk assessments and internal audits to identify compliance gaps
- Prepare detailed regulatory reports for executive stakeholders
- Train employees on updated compliance policies and procedures
- Investigate potential violations and recommend corrective actions
- Collaborate with legal teams on regulatory changes and industry trends
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of compliance experience in financial services
- Strong knowledge of FINRA/SEC regulations and AML protocols
- Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) designation required
- Advanced analytical skills with regulatory reporting experience
- Exceptional written communication and documentation abilities
