Responsibilities
- Monitor and implement regulatory compliance frameworks (SOX, AML, BSA)
- Conduct internal audits and risk assessments across departments
- Develop/update compliance policies and training programs
- Investigate potential violations and prepare regulatory reports
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams on compliance initiatives
- Stay current on evolving financial regulations and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- 3+ years compliance/regulatory experience in finance
- Strong knowledge of banking regulations (FDIC, OCC, CFPB)
- Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) preferred
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in compliance software (e.g., NICE Actimize, Oracle GRC)
