Responsibilities
- Monitor and implement regulatory compliance across financial operations, including AML, KYC, and Dodd-Frank requirements
- Conduct internal audits and risk assessments to identify compliance vulnerabilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive compliance documentation and training programs
- Collaborate with legal and executive teams on regulatory updates and policy revisions
- Investigate potential compliance breaches and recommend corrective actions
- Stay current on evolving federal and state regulations affecting financial services
- Prepare detailed compliance reports for regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Law, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of compliance experience in financial services or regulated industry
- Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) or similar certification required
- Advanced knowledge of BSA/AML, OFAC, and SEC regulations
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in compliance management software (e.g., ComplyAdvantage, Dow Jones
- Ability to work independently with flexible scheduling arrangements
