Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is required.
- 3+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or auditing.
- Strong knowledge of relevant regulations (e.g., HIPAA, SOX, or general corporate compliance laws).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex regulatory information clearly to non-technical staff.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CFE, CIA, or CRCM) are a plus.
