Responsibilities

- Investigate potential compliance violations and recommend corrective actions
- Develop and deliver compliance training programs for staff
- Prepare detailed compliance reports for executive leadership and regulatory bodies
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams on compliance initiatives
- Maintain accurate documentation of all compliance activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of compliance/regulatory experience in financial services
- Strong knowledge of federal/state regulations (FINRA, SEC, etc.)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Professional certifications (CRCM, CAMS, or CCEP) highly valued
- Exceptional communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
