Responsibilities
- Monitor and interpret federal/state banking regulations (e.g., BSA, AML, OFAC)
- Conduct internal audits and compliance assessments
- Develop/implement compliance policies and training programs
- Investigate suspicious activity and prepare SAR reports
- Collaborate with legal and risk management teams
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- 3+ years compliance experience in financial services
- BSA/AML certification preferred (CRCM/CAMS)
- Strong knowledge of banking regulations
- Excellent analytical and documentation skills
- Proficiency in compliance software (e.g., ComplyAdvantage)
