Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:

- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive compliance programs and policies to ensure adherence to legal standards and internal regulations.
- Conduct regular internal audits and risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities in business processes and compliance frameworks.
- Monitor changes in regulatory laws and industry standards to ensure our organization remains compliant and up-to-date.
- Investigate internal complaints, allegations, or potential violations of company policy or law.
- Prepare and submit detailed compliance reports to senior management and regulatory bodies as required.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance requirements, ethical standards, and risk management practices.
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a compliance, risk management, or auditing role within the financial services sector.
- Strong knowledge of banking regulations, anti-money laundering (AML) laws, and the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA).
- Certification such as CFE, CAMS, or CRCM is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to interpret complex regulations and translate them into actionable business policies.
- Proficiency in using compliance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
