Responsibilities
- Process and verify high-volume invoices for accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Maintain and reconcile vendor statements and general ledger accounts monthly.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and answer vendor inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Assist with month-end close procedures and financial reporting requirements.
- Utilize ERP software (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite) for data entry and reporting.
- Manage expense reports, reimbursements, and credit card reconciliations.
- Support the finance team with ad-hoc analysis and data verification tasks.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of progressive experience in Accounts Payable or General Ledger.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced Excel functions.
- Experience with accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and error detection.
- Excellent communication skills with a professional demeanor when interacting with vendors.
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
