- Investigate compliance violations and recommend disciplinary actions
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and communicate impacts to stakeholders
- Manage compliance reporting requirements for regulatory bodies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of compliance experience in manufacturing or logistics
- Strong knowledge of California state regulations and federal guidelines
- Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) certification required
- Proficient in compliance management software (e.g., Compliance.ai, MetricStream)
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
