Responsibilities

- Conduct internal audits with company-issued equipment and reporting systems
- Train staff on compliance protocols using provided training materials and devices
- Investigate violations using company-provided forensic analysis tools
- Prepare regulatory reports using company-licensed software and hardware
- Coordinate with external auditors using provided communication equipment
- Maintain compliance documentation using company-approved systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- 3+ years compliance/regulatory experience
- Proficiency with regulatory software (experience with provided tools preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Certification (e.g., CRCM, CCEP) highly desirable
- Ability to work independently with provided equipment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid driver's license (company vehicle provided for site visits)
