- Stay current on evolving regulations (e.g., SOX, HIPAA, FINRA) and update protocols accordingly

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of compliance experience in financial services or healthcare
- Active CCEP (Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional) certification
- Proficiency in compliance software (e.g., RSA Archer, LogicGate)
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for policy development
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
