Responsibilities
- Monitor regulatory changes (SOX, GDPR, HIPAA) and implement updated compliance frameworks
- Conduct risk assessments and internal audits across all business units
- Develop and deliver comprehensive compliance training programs for 500+ employees
- Investigate potential violations and recommend corrective actions
- Prepare detailed compliance reports for executive leadership and regulatory bodies
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams on policy development
- Manage vendor compliance due diligence processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of compliance experience in regulated industries
- Professional certification (CCEP, CCEP-I, or CAMS)
- Deep knowledge of financial regulations and risk management frameworks
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong written/verbal communication skills with executive presence
- Proficiency in compliance software (e.g., RSA Archer, MetricStream)
- Experience managing cross-functional compliance initiatives
