Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and Xero
- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analyses
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Collaborate with auditors during financial reviews
Qualifications
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience in finance/accounting
- Expertise in QuickBooks/Xero and MS Excel
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Available for consistent night shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- CPA or Certified Bookkeeper preferred
