Responsibilities
- Monitor regulatory changes and implement compliance protocols across all departments
- Conduct internal audits and risk assessments with provided equipment
- Develop and maintain compliance documentation and training materials
- Collaborate with legal and executive teams on policy updates
- Investigate and resolve compliance violations using provided investigation tools
- Prepare detailed reports for stakeholders and regulatory bodies
- Lead compliance initiatives and process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Law, or related field
- 3+ years of compliance or regulatory experience
- Strong knowledge of federal/state regulations (e.g., SOX, HIPAA, AML)
- Proficiency with compliance software and data analysis tools
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) preferred
- Ability to work independently with provided remote equipment
