Responsibilities
- Develop and implement robust compliance programs aligned with federal regulations (FinCEN, OCC, SEC)
- Conduct risk assessments and internal audits for fintech products
- Advise leadership on regulatory changes impacting crypto and digital assets
- Manage BSA/AML monitoring and suspicious activity reporting
- Lead cross-functional training initiatives for 200+ employees
- Collaborate with legal teams on regulatory submissions and examinations
- Track compliance metrics and prepare executive dashboards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 7+ years compliance experience in fintech/banking
- CAMS or CRCM certification required
- Expertise in cryptocurrency regulations and digital asset compliance
- Proven track record leading regulatory examinations
- Advanced knowledge of AML/CFT frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with regulatory interpretation expertise
- Experience managing compliance technology platforms (e.g., ComplyAdvantage)
