Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor compliance programs across all business units
- Conduct internal audits and risk assessments to identify compliance gaps
- Stay current with evolving regulations (SOX, GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Train employees on compliance policies and procedures
- Investigate and resolve compliance violations
- Prepare detailed reports for executive leadership and regulatory bodies
- Collaborate with legal and finance departments on compliance initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of compliance/regulatory experience
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and industry standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Professional certification (CRCM, CCEP, or CCM) preferred
- Proficiency with compliance software and data analysis tools
- Exceptional communication and documentation abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
